Complete Business bookkeeping including Bank Reconciliation (So that you can see how much money you actually have in your Bank Accounts).

On a monthly basis we provide you very detailed Profit and Loss Statement or Income and Expense Reports and Balance Sheet Reports, so that you can see how your business is doing financially.

Payroll for 1 to 500 employees.

Payroll tax, Sales tax and City tax return preparations are included in your monthly fee.

Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable services are available.

Unique Flat Monthly Rates.

Your rate is based on the average number of paperwork items you have monthly, not on a Per Hour rate. These paperwork items are items like checks or other bank debits, bank deposits, sales receipts, cash payouts, sales tax and payroll cycles and the type of business you have whether sole proprietorship, partnership or a corporation.

Reduced Preparation Time For You.

We work from you raw documents.

That means you don't need to spend your time adding up totals, just give us the documents and you are left to run your Business.

I.R.S. Audit Ready Reports.

Unlike most, we use a Double Entry bookkeeping system. Everything is Cross Checked and must balance.

It is our philosophy that you should not have to worry about a future tax audit. While we can not prevent an audit. We can make sure you have the most accurate, fact based books, possible.

We do not "make up" your bookkeeping information. We use your receipts and sales information and as a result your tax return information is completely documented.

We also check your information using the same techniques the I.R.S. uses.
